Thelma Jane Robinson

Thelma Jane Robinson, 68, Harwood, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2005, at Moore-Few Care Center.

She was born on March 21, 1937, in West Virginia. She married Richard Robinson on Sept. 19, 1980, in Miami, Okla. She was a member of Central Christian Church in Joplin. She worked as a certified nursing assistant. at Nevada Regional Medical Center for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Richard, of the home; three daughters, Ethel Whaley and JoAnn Clark, both of Harwood, and Anna Greenwood, of Parsons, Kan.; five brothers, Charles Waggoner, and Stephen, Stanley, Cleon and Robert James; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., on Saturday, Sept. 3, at the Harwood Community Center. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society in care of Evergreen Memorial Chapel, P.O. Box 894, Nevada, MO 64772.
