Randy and Heather Borders, Moundville, are proud to announce the birth of their son, James Ryan Borders.

James was born at 12:18 p.m., Nov. 25, 2005, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces, and measured 21.75 inches.
