Richard "Dick" F. Robinson, 63, Harwood, Mo., died Monday, Nov. 27, 2006, at Moore-Few Care Center, Nevada. He had been in failing health for over a year. He was born on May 3, 1943, in Kansas City, Mo., to Richard L. Robinson and Vera VanHooser. He married Thelma J. Barnes on Sept. 19, 1980, and she preceded him in death.

Dick obtained his G.E.D. in the state of Washington. He served in tile U.S. Air Force and received an Honorable Discharge on Nov. 28, 1960. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. He had been a deacon at the Harwood Baptist Church.

Dick was first married to Loretta Sealey. He later married Connie Hunt and is survived from this marriage by one daughter, Shannon Robinson, Bartlesville, Okla. From his third marriage, he is survived by three daughters, Ethel Whaley and JoAnn Clark, both of Harwood, and Anna Greenwood, Parsons, Kan. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Billie Jo Aspaugh, Coffeyville, Kan., Larry Coles, Colorado, Dee Dee Smith, Parsons, Lincoln and Lannce Whaley, both of Nevada, and Richard Robinson, Lafayette, Ind.; five great-grandchildren; four brothers, Alan, David, Jake, and Robbie Robinson; and one sister, Sherrin Boor, all of Kansas. In addition to his wife, Thelma, he was preceded in death by his parents.

At his request, Dick's body was donated to science.
