Leonard and Marylyn Ernsbarger

Leonard and Marylyn Ernsbarger will observe their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, May 10, 2008.

Leonard Ernsbarger and Marylyn McKinley were married Saturday, May 10, 1958, at the First Christian Church in Butler, Mo. They have lived in Nevada since April 1961.

Leonard is retired from University of Missouri Extension as 4-H youth specialist and county director, and Marylyn is retired from Nevada Habilitation Center as a secretary. Leonard currently works part time as an independent life and health agent.

The couple have three children, Gregory Ernsbarger and wife René, Conway, Ark., Brent Ernsbarger and wife Deborah, Nevada, and Sherri Eador and husband Paul, Nevada; and seven grandchildren.

In celebration of the golden anniversary, all 15 members of the family will be taking a Caribbean Cruise in June. Notes and cards may be sent to the couple at 615 Carriage Court Lane, Nevada, MO 64772-3080. The couple requests no gifts.
