June 16

There were reports of trash dumping in the Nevada area, a check well being in the Milo area, a domestic disturbance in the Sheldon area, an ex parte violation in the Walker area, a civil matter in the Vernon County area, a missing dog in the Moundville area, a stranded motorist in the Nevada area, harassment in the Nevada area, an extra patrol in the El Dorado Springs area, goats out in the Moundville area, theft in the Nevada area, a harassment in the Nevada area, vicious dog in the Moundville area, an alarm in the Nevada area, a vehicle accident in the Nevada area, and a structure fire in the Nevada area.

Richard A. Kirkham, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of failure to appear. He is being held in lieu of a $700 bond.

Daniel W. Armstrong, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of a warrant out of Webb City for driving while intoxicated. He was released on a bond of $1,500 bond.

Jessica L. Hunt, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance. She was released on a bond of $6,000 bond.

June 17

There were reports of suspicious activiy in the Nevada area, an alarm in the Nevada area, a vehicle accident in the Deerfield area, a suspicious vehicle in the Schell City area, a theft in the Bronaugh area, a domestic distrubance in the Harwood area, harassment in the Walker area, a suspicious activity in the Nevada area, a noise in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, and a harassment in the Vernon County area.

Steven D. Leavell, of Sheldon, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of nonsupport. He is being held in lieu of a $11,000 bond.

June 18

There were reports of a jail incident in the Nevada area, a burglary in the Schell City area, a domestic dispute in the Nevada area, trash dumping in the Nevada area, an agency assist in the Nevada area, road rage in the Nevada area, and an alarm in the Nevada area.

Nathan L. Gardner, 18, of Sheldon, was arrested and processed the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of fraud and theft. He is being held in lieuf of $1,500 bond.

Jeffrey S. Tenpenny, 44, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and driving while intoxicated prior offender. He is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Jail population: 27
