Forrest Keith Brown, age 74, of Nevada, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009. near Eureka Springs, Ark. as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Keith was born Oct. 26, 1934, in St. Louis, the son of Forrest and Ella Brown.

Keith spent his youth in St. Louis and graduated from Kirkwood High School. He completed his under graduate studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1956, and then attended Law School at the University of Missouri, obtaining his Law Degree in 1959. Following Law School, he came to Nevada and began his practice at what is now Russell, Brown and Breckenridge Law Firm, a career that spanned 50 years.

Keith is survived by his wife, Jacquin, of the home; three children, Cindy Gentile, Belton, Mo., and her daughters, Jennifer and Kiley, Brian Brown and his wife Diane, Peculiar, Mo. and their child F. Keith Brown II, Michael Brown and wife Jennifer and family, Kansas City, Mo.: two stepchildren, Randall F. Langeluttig, Belton, Mo., Cindy Langeluttig-Jewel, Prairie Village, Kan., and children, Kelly, Brook, Alex, and Anna; one sister, Dorothy Wimberley, Conroe, Texas, and family.

A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 3, at the United Methodist Church in Nevada with the Rev. Ted Estes officiating.

Friends may call now and until noon on Thursday at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
