There were reports of cows out in the Nevada area, a theft in the Sheldon area, a civil matter in the Sheldon area, an injured animal in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, a theft in the Nevada area, a traffic stop in the Walker area, a stranded motorist in the Milo area, a traffic stop in the Nevada area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Vernon County area.

Thomas G. Boucher, 21, of Joplin, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of a $700 bond.

David L. Woods, 42, of Richland, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of two counts of child molestation, and two counts of statutory sodomy. He is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond.

David M. McCollum, 22, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Vernon County Sheriff's Office on charges of burglary. He is being held in lieu of $20,000 bond.
