Nov. 24

There were reports of a vandalism in the Sheldon area, cows out in the Bronaugh area, a theft in the Vernon County area, a request to speak with a deputy in the Vernon County area, cows out intheVernon County area, a four-wheeled ATV in the Richards area,a 911 hangup in the Nevada area, a domestic assault in the Sheldon area, harassment in the Moundville area, and an alarm in the Sheldon area.

Eddie L. Pogue, 27, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of domestic assault. He is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Shelby L. Burton, 19, of Hale, Mo., was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of property damage, trespassing, and minor visibly intoxicated. She is being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond.

Malissa K. Nisely, 47, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of probation violation. She was released in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

There were reports of an abandoned vehicle in the Vernon County area, a request to speak to a deputy in the Vernon County arae, four paper services in the Nevada area, a vandalism in the Vernon County area, a traffic stop in the Vernon County area, a check well being in the Walker area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Vernon County area.

James D. Register, 22, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of no driver's license. He was released in lieu of a $225.

Travis D. Stafford, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of non-support and probation violation. He is being held in lieu of a $1,500 bond.

Kenneth Shepherd, 21, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of no driver's license. He is being held in lieu of a $97.50 bond.
