Marguerite M. Feldmann, 82, Nevada, passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2010, at Christian Health Care in Nevada. She was born on Aug. 3, 1927 ,to Charles and Della Randall Dilly at their farm near Madison, S.D., Herman Township, Lake County.

She attended high school in Colman, S.D. Marguerite was united in marriage to Frederick (Fritz) Feldmann on April 10, 1945 in Pipestone, Minn. They made their home on a farm near Chester, S.D. In 1976, they moved to a small farm near Sheldon. This past year, Marguerite was a resident of Christian Health Care in Nevada. She was an extremely devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Nevada. She enjoyed her family and friends, and will be truly missed.

Grateful for sharing her life are her children, Frederick Feldmann Jr. and his wife Lorine, Terry Feldmann and his wife Carol, Timothy Feldmann, and his wife Mary, Charles Feldmann and his wife Paula, and Diann Kocher and her husband Rick; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; and one expecting great-grandchild; two brothers, Wayne Dilly, and Forrest Dilly and his wife Kathryn; one sister, Mae Della Dilly, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Fred Sr.; one daughter; Judith Diann; one son, Frank Lynn; three brothers, Charles Dilly and his wife Ruth, William Dilly and his wife Ruth, and Virgil Dilly, and his wife Arvilla; three sisters, infant Lucille Dilly, Velma Hackett, and her husband Clarence, and Gretchen Anderson and her husband Arnold.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, April 8, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Nevada, with pastor Kim Osborn officiating. A committal service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday at Garden of Memories, Pittsburg, Kan.

Friends may call now and until 5 p.m. on Wednesday at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada. The family will receive friends at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Nevada Wednesday between 6:30 and 8 p.m.
