Police Reports Aug. 23-Aug. 25

August 23

4:15 p.m.: An accident occurred at Highland Avenue and Cedar Street involving a van driven by Misty D. Minnick, Nevada, and a trailer owned by Daniel R. Palmer, Nevada. Carrie Fenton and Nicole Nelson, passengers in the Minnick vehicle, reported injuries.

August 24

11:16 a.m.: An accident occurred at Maple Street and Route BB involving a car driven by Heather L. Graham, Nevada, and a car owned by Samuel Garrison, Hume, Mo. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of petty theft from the 1400 block of North Osage Boulevard. Miscellaneous change was reported stolen from a change machine.

There was a report of a theft in the 400 block of West Walnut Street. Medication was reported stolen from a residence. A subject is being sought.

There was a report of a theft in the 1700 block of North Surrey Lane. Four packs of cigarettes, miscellaneous change and a pocket knife were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

There was a report of a theft in the 600 block of North Surrey Lane. Prescription sunglasses, three CD cases with miscellaneous CDs and four nutrition bars were reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

August 25

There was a report of a burglary in the 500 block of North Ash Street. An external hard drive and Dell laptop with case were reported stolen from a residence. Entrance was gained through a window. A suspect is being sought.
