James Clive Rogers, 28, passed away Monday, Dec. 17, 2012. He was born March 17, 1984, in Morehead, Ky. James was a graduate of the Lexington school of recording arts and was a certified audio technician.

James loved his job as a computer technician with United Tote at The Red Mile in Lexington. He was a talented musician and would travel the country to attend various concerts and enjoyed building model airplanes.

James is survived by his parents, Drs. Glenn and Judy Rogers of Nevada, Mo., where Mrs. Rogers is president of Cottey College. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, John Ross and Amanda Z. Rogers of Centerville, Ohio.

There will be a memorial celebration of James' life on Saturday, Dec. 22, at 11 a.m., at Georgetown Baptist Church with the Rev. Dwight A. Moody officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Markey Cancer Center, 800 Rose St., Roach Building CC160, Lexington, Ky., 40536.
