Richard Leroy "Harp" Carter, 55, died March 15, 2004. Services were held on March 21, at 2 p.m., at Evergreen Memorial Chapel with Pastor Kelly Kiger officiating. Taped music selections were "Truckdrivin' man," "Truckers Prayer," "I Can Only Imagine" and "Amazing Grace." Pallbearers were Jonathan Frock, Kenny Grant, Anthony Grant, Phillip Grant, Michael Grant and Ron Harp. Honorary pallbearers were Gary Harp, Patrick Smith, Gary Anson and Fred Buckner. Interment was in Richland Cemetery. Arrangements by Evergreen Memorial Chapel.
