Jules Elmer Kellogg, 70, Rich Hill, died Feb. 14, 2005, at St. Joseph Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. He was born Dec. 1, 1934, in Osawatomie, Kan.

He grew up in Osawatomie, Kan. He was a Navy veteran. He was a retired pipe fitter. He was a member of the Local Pipe Fitters Union No. 533 in Kansas City, Mo., and the Masonic Lodge No. 56, Spring Hill, Kan. He was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite of Northeast, Kan., and Abdallah Shriner of Overland Park, Kan.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Kathryn; and brother, Edward. He is survived by three sons, Jon Kellogg and Jim Kellogg, both of Sedalia, Mo., and Tom Kellogg, Lawrence, Kan.; one grandson; one brother, Charles Kellogg, Rich Hill.

Services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 19, at 3 p.m., at Heuser Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 1 p.m., till service time.

Arrangements were by Heuser Funeral Home.
