Kristi Leigh Buck, of Nevada, and Dale Allan Nowak, of Montgomery, Texas, exchanged wedding vows Nov. 12, 2005, in a 5 o'clock ceremony at the Del Lago Resort, Montgomery Ballroom, in Montgomery.

The Rev. John Nichols solemnized the vows before a magnificent chiffon canopy altar that stood stately over the bride and groom. Chiffon sleeves draped the canopy poles. A double circular stage skirted in ivory presented the bride and groom. The aisles were adorned with Grecian pedestals holding an array of rich toned florals.

Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Shawn Earll, Kansas City, Mo., Mr. and Mrs. Michael Buck, Nevada, Mo., Mr. and Mrs. Billy Zientek, Montgomery, and Mr. and Mrs. James Nowak, Henderson, Texas.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory strapless satin gown featuring an asymmetrical waist and corset back with a sweep train. The gown was embellished with bugle beads. She wore an elbow-length bridal veil of ivory silk illusion. She carried a bouquet of velvety roses in red, chocolate and burgundy tones, with miniature yellow calla lilies bursting out of the design, with hypericum berries nestled among the floral.

Robyn Boeshart attended the bride as matron of honor. Brooke Bishop, Amyl Headrick, Blair Headrick, Kimberly Buck, sister-in-law of the bride, and Nikki Simon, sister of the groom, were bridesmaids. Attendants wore formal latte strapless A-Line gowns, featuring sweetheart necklines and vanilla sashes, with back ties. Each carried bouquets of red, chocolate and burgundy roses.

Flower girls were Peyton Workman and Maleigha Hinton, cousins of the bride.

Jimmy Simon served his brother-in-law as best man. Groomsmen were Johnny Grams, John McMahon, Alan Millan, and the bride's brothers, Kirk Buck and Ryan Buck.

Ring bearer was Hayden Buck, brother of the bride.

Candlelighters were James Simon and Brady Simon, nephews of the groom.

Providing music for the occasion were a string quartet, Chamber Music Unlimited of Houston, Texas, and Dusty Workman, uncle of the bride.

Special guests were grandparents of the bride, Mrs. Neva Arlene Buck, and Mr. and Mrs. James Earll, all of Nevada, Mo.; and grandparents of the groom, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Migl, Conroe, Texas, and Mrs. Louise Nowak, Booth, Texas.

A reception, hosted by the parents of the bride and groom, was held at Del Lago Resort, Tejas Ballroom, in Montgomery.

The rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, was held at Guadalajara, in The Woodlands, Texas.

Following a honeymoon cruise in the Southern Caribbean, the couple reside in Conroe.

The bride is a graduate of Nevada High School, Nevada, Mo., and Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kan., where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently employed as a registered nurse by the Conroe Surgery Center, in Conroe.

The groom is a graduate of Montgomery High School, in Montgomery, and is currently employed as a system administrator at Chevron, in Houston, Texas.
