Thelma Mae Pullin

Thelma Mae Pullin, age 83, passed away at her home in Compton Junction following a short illness. She was born on July 19, 1923 in Huntsville, Ark., to Frank A. and Rebecca E. Stewart Murphy. She was married to Leonard Pullin in 1947 and he preceded her in death in 1995.

Although she worked outside the home at various places, she was first and foremost a mother and homemaker to her family.

She is survived by four children, Wiley (Pete) Pullin and his wife, Shirley, and daughter Kathy Woodruff and her husband, Gary, both of Kimberly, Idaho, and two daughters from Nevada, Clela Pullin and her husband, Dean, and Linda Moore and her husband Tom. Also surviving are fifteen grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 18 great, great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Leonard, she was preceded in death by one son, Larry Walker and a grandson, David Pullin.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, 2007 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Mark Mitchell officiating. Funeral services will also be held later at the Parke's Funeral Home in Twin Falls, Idaho with burial in the Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Twin Falls.
