Richard "Rick" Dell Brasher

Richard "Rick" Dell Brasher passed away June 10, 2008, following an accident. Richard was born Nov. 19, 1947, to Carlyn and Inza Brasher.

Survivors include: his wife Betty; son Brian Brasher, of Clinton; Ed and Allene Belcher, of Lamar; and Brad and Sharon Belcher, of Stockton; two sisters, Carlene Roy and husband Guy, of Harrisonville and Rhonda Brasher, of Kansas City; 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and many neices, nephews, cousins and friends.

Rick was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Brasher; parents Carlyn and Inza Brasher, and a sister, Charlotte Myers.

Rick was a life long resident of the Jerico Springs area, where he was a farmer enjoying his cattle, pigs and horses.

Services will be held today, at 10 a.m., in the First Southern Baptist Church, in Stockton, with burial in the Brasher Cemetery, in Jerico Springs. Visitation was Friday from 6 to 8 p.m., in Brumback Funeral Home, in Stockton.
