Police Report April 8 - 11

April 8

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle in the 1100 block of west Walnut, made by Misti Whaley, of Nevada. She reported a small amount of cash stolen.

There was a report of an animal bite in the 1200 block of east Nicholsen, made by Isaak Welch, of Nevada. He reported a 5 year old male who was bitten by a dog. The dog has not been located.

April 9

An accident occurred at 11:35 a.m., on Oak and Floral, invovling a car driven by Catherine M. Nowak, of Deerfield, and an SUV driven by Wanda I. Dickenson, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of a burglary in the 200 block of north Spring, made by Caleb Heuser, of Nevada. He reported a clock stolen.

April 10

An accident occurred at 6:44 a.m., on Austin and Barrett, involving a car driven by Donald S. Wilson, of Roseville, Calif., and a car driven by Lonnie Gill, of Camden, Ark. Both drivers were listed with probable not apparent injuries. Passengers, Jaunita D. Wilson and Alice Gill were both listed with disabling injuries.

An accident occurred at 11:47 a.m., on Maple and Adams, involving an SUV driven by Renee A. Kurdi, of Nevada, and a pickup driven by Brian A. Burlingame, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 12:57 p.m., on Ash and Arch, involving an SUV driven by Sidney R. Smith, of El Dorado Springs, and an SUV driven by Chad H. Spangler, of Nevada. Smith was listed with probable, but not apparent injuries.

April 11

An accident occurred at 2:15 a.m., at Wal-Mart's parking lot, involving an SUV driven by Joshua J. O'Connell, of Nevada, and a cart corral owned by Wal-Mart. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 11:05 p.m., at Cash 'N' Dash I's parking lot, involving a pickup driven by Dennis L. Williams, of Nevada, and a van driven by Amanda K. Robinson, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of a burlgary in the 700 block of west Allison, made by Gary Frye, of Nevada. He reported a light, impact wrench, and cooler lid stolen.
