Police Reports June 12-15

June 12

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 1100 block of south Clay, made by Daniel Kimmell, of Nevada. He reported an iPod and change stolen.

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 1100 block of north Lynn, made by Ruth Allen, of Nevada. She reported change stolen.

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 300 block of south Adams, made by Megan Foster, of Nevada. She reported an iPod, and a small amount of cash stolen.

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 800 block of west Hunter, made by James Fast, of Nevada. He reported two pairs of sunglasses stolen.

June 13

An accident occurred at 3:20 p.m., in Wal-Mart's parking lot, involving a SUV owned by Jamie and Donna Fritts, of Nevada, and an unknown vehicle. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 9:38 p.m., in Fastrip's parking lot, involving a SUV driven by Peter W. Barrows, of Nevada, and a car driven by Cynthia F. Foley, of El Dorado Springs. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 1200 block of north Ash, made by Cristofur King, of Nevada. He reported speakers, and a purse and contents stolen.

June 14

An accident occurred at 7:51 p.m., in Kettner Motor's parking lot, involving a car driven by Christina M. Gilman, of Nevada, and the Kettner Motor's building. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 100 block of west Cherry, made by Lorrie Divine, of Moundville. She reported a briefcase stolen.

There was a report of an animal bite on the 200 block of west Grand, reported by Cassandra Wolfe, of Nevada. She reported being bitten by a dog; the dog is under observation.

June 15

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 300 block of east Locust, made by Patrick Barnett, of Nevada. He reported a wallet and items of clothing stolen.

An accident occurred at 12 p.m., at Austin and Jefferson, involving a can driven by Elma R. Smith, of Schell City, and a pickup driven by Stephen R. Brooks, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 12:39 p.m., at Centennial and Locust, involving a pickup driven by Jeffrey S. Tenpenny, of Nevada, and a car driven by Charles E. Morlan, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 5:14 p.m., at Washington and Atlantic, involving a car driven by Sueann M. Adams, of Nevada, and a car driven by Byron K. Duke, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 100 block of Ash, made John Crews, of Nevada. He reported a tent and cigarettes stolen.

There was a report of a petty theft from a motor vehicle on the 600 block of south Lynn, made by Paul Smith, of Nevada. He reported a cellular phone, coins, and film stolen.
