Feb. 17

A one vehicle accident occurred at 7:15 p.m., on Chestnut before Cherry, when a car driven by Christine R. McKillen, of Marysville, Ohio, struck a utility pole. No injuries were reported.

Feb. 19

A petty theft was reported in the 100 block of north Commercial, made by Ron's Detail, in Nevada. Four tires, tube bumper and scrap steel were reported stolen.

Feb. 20

A petty theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 3100 block of East Austin, made by Jordan Smith, of Milo. He reported a laptop computer stolen.

A vehicle theft was reported in the 400 block of West Hickory, made by Everett Slichenmyer, of Nevada. He reported a 1995 green Jeep Cherokee stolen.

Feb. 24

An accident occurred at 9:21 a.m., at Main and Hickory, involving an SUV driven by Christi A. Beisner, of Nevada, and an SUV driven by Betty J. Robinson, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 12:28 p.m., at Sonic Drive-In's parking lot, involving a van driven by Brandy S. Pritchett, of Walker, and a car driven by Patricia D. Eslinger, of Schell City. No injuries were reported.

Feb. 27

A petty theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 700 block of North Clay, made by Kevin Black, of Nevada. He reported sunglasses stolen.

A petty theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 700 block of North Clay, made by Joshua Glascow, of Nevada. He reported a bank card stolen.

A petty theft from a building was reported in the 100 block of North Commercial, made by Eastside Car Audio, in Nevada. A car stereo was reported stolen.

A theft was reported in the 500 block of West Ashland, made by Anna Stark, of Nevada. She reported a laptop computer, GPS, CD changer, phone charger and a bag stolen.

March 1

An accident occurred at 9:29 a.m., at Elm and Vernon, involving a car driven by Stacie J. Morical, of Nevada, and a parked car owned by Tiffany L. Pommier, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

An accident occurred at 2:33 p.m., at U.S. 54 Highway and West, involving a van driven by Deanna B. Rapp, of Rockville, Mo., and a car driven by Louis E. Mitts, of Nevada. No injuries were reported.

A burlgary was reported in the 1000 block of East Locust, made by McKinney Construction, in Nevada. A welder was reported stolen.

A petty theft from a motor vehicle was reported in the 700 block of West Garfield, made by Jeanne Watson, of Nevada. She reported jewelry and a jacket stolen.

A petty theft from a building was reported in the 700 block of North Clay, made by Anthony Richards, of Nevada. He reported a wallet and contents stolen.
