Peggy M. Boehs, 59, Nevada, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2010, at Nevada Regional Medical Center. She was born June 12, 1951, in Siloam Springs, Ark., to Chester James O'Neal and Evelyn Marie Powers O'Neal. She married Calvin Boehs on Oct. 10, 1992, in Nevada, and he survives of the home.

Peggy lived in Nevada for the past 33 years and operated a daycare in Nevada for a number of years. She also worked at B&R Furniture and Head Start of Nevada. She and her husband drove a truck together for Dederick Truckline for 10 years. She had also worked for the Nevada Daily Mail until her retirement due to an illness. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Nevada.

Survivors in addition to her husband Calvin, include three children; Gene George of the home, Carrie Rayburn and her husband, Jim, Nevada, and Kevin George and his wife, Hope, Nevada; eight grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; three brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and three sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, at the Living Faith Mennonite Church, Walker, Mo., with L. John Becker and Robert Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Living Faith Mennonite Cemetery, Walker.

Friends may call now and until 8 p.m., Friday, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada, and the family receives friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 15, at Ferry Funeral Home, Nevada.
