Brenda Kay (Pilcher) Cramer, 53, of Brunswick, Mo., passed away Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at St. John's Hospital, Springfield, Mo.

Brenda was born June 21, 1957, the daughter of Donald Wray Pilcher and Lois Mason Pilcher. Brenda attended Nevada grade schools and graduated from Nevada High School, Nevada, Mo.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Cramer; her mother, Lois (Mason) (Pilcher) Tyer; one sister, Sharon Jean (Pilcher) Pettibon and husband, Charlie Loomis, Flemington, Mo.; one niece, Melissa (Pettibon) Rider and husband, Jay, Dallas, Texas; one nephew, Wess Pettibon, Springfield, Mo.

Also surviving are Mark Cramer's children, Kevin and wife, Ellen and family; Jana Rossman and husband, Jeremy, and family; Jason and wife, Jamie, and family; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Brenda was employed 25 years with Kansas City Power and Light. She loved cooking, working with her flowers, riding the bike with her husband, and best of all, visiting and laughing with her friends. She was always ready with a helping hand; she was loved by all who knew her.

Her father preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held from 1-2 p.m., Friday, May 6, at Breshears Memorial Chapel, Brunswick, Mo., with funeral services following at 2:30 p.m. Gail Brown will be the officiant.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, May 7, in Nevada, Mo., at Moore Cemetery.
