John A. Simons, 93, of Schell City, Mo., died on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at Community Springs Healthcare in El Dorado Springs, Mo.

Cremation with memorial services to be held at a later date in Belvidere, Ill.

Local arrangements are under the direction of the Lewis-Hoagland Funeral Home, Schell City, Mo.
