Georgia D. Moburg

Georgia D. Moburg, 61, Clinton, Mo., formerly of Nevada, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at Westwood Golden Living Center in Clinton, Mo. She was born July 10, 1950, in Clinton, Mo., to Calder D. Duke and Julia Mae Woods Duke. She was married Sept. 11, 1970, in Mesa, Ariz., to Mitchell "Mickey" Moburg and he preceded her in death March 18, 2007.

Mrs. Moburg was born in Clinton, Mo., and raised in Rich Hill, Mo., and graduated from Rich Hill High School. She lived in Nevada from 1976 to 2007, when she moved to Springfield, Mo.

Survivors include two sons, Mitchell Keith Moburg, Springfield, Mo., and Mark Moburg, also of Springfield; one daughter, Michelle Diane Moburg, Springfield; two brothers, Leon Duke, Wheaton, Mo., and Eddie Duke, Kansas City, Mo.; one sister, Dona Burns, Clinton, Mo.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, April 30, at the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church in Nevada. Interment will follow at Scott Cemetery in Amsterdam, Mo.
