Magician Nate Staniforth will perform in the auditorium of the Haidee and Allen Wild Center for the Arts at Cottey College on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 8 p.m.

Nate Staniforth began performing magic at colleges and universities while still a student himself, studying theater, history, and religion by day, and performing on other campuses by night. In 2008, he worked as a magic consultant for David Blaine, designing an original illusion for Blaine to use in his ABC television special. He now tours the country full time, performing his unique "unplugged" style of magic at over a hundred shows at colleges, universities, theaters, and special events every year.

Tickets for Nate Staniforth are $5 for adults and $4 for those under age 18 or age 62 or over. Tickets will be available at the door the night of the performance.

The Center for the Arts is on the northeast corner of Austin and Tower streets in Nevada.
