By Steve Moyer Nevada Daily Mail Injuries to a Missouri Department of Transportation worker struck by a vehicle in Nevada yesterday morning are minor, according to an update from MoDOT officials. The worker, Brandon Tapp, was injured Wednesday in an accident at Walnut and Osage when a car ran a red light in a work zone and struck Tapp as he was working with a paint striping crew. Tapp was sweeping the surface of the roadway at the time. Two other vehicles were also involved in the incident...

Nevada Daily Mail Master Gardener training from the Vernon County University of Missouri Extension Office is scheduled to start Oct. 23 and run through Nov. 20.
