A few years ago that would have been unthinkable since Valeva is from the formerly communist country of Bulgaria. Osage could reach record level

Nevada Daily Mail A flood warning continues for the Osage River near Schell City, with the level expected to rise to 49 feet this evening. The rwater level may continue to rise even more on Friday. According to the National Weather Service, the record is 51.5 feet, reached on Oct. 5, 1986, when flood waters reached the southeast corner of the post office. At this point, the railroad tracks and a large portion of Schell City become impassable...
