Prosecutor decides not to file Sunshine Law suit

Vernon County Prosecuting Attorney Lynn M. Ewing III said in a letter to Bill McGuire, Nevada city manager, that although it was proper for the public to question whether the Nevada City Council had violated the Missouri Sunshine Law during 2006, he has found that no violations occurred and he does not intend to file any lawsuits; but the letter also suggests the city to keep better minutes of what goes on in closed session...
