Estate auctions are a bit new to me having moved here from Dallas, Texas. In Dallas, estate sales are managed much like a garage sale with a staff of people pricing everything in and around the home and tending to the sale for several days. A St. Clair County jury found Terry Blackmon of Nevada to be a sexually violent predator and committed him to the state treatment center in Farmington. Circuit Judge William J. Roberts signed the judgment and commitment order. According to information provided by the Missouri Attorney General's Office, the office had sought to have Blackmon committed as a sexually violent predator due to his 1991 conviction in Vernon County for rape involving a 5-year-old girl. ...
