Feb. 13 An accident occurred at 3:38 p.m., at Lynn and Locust, involving a pickup driven by Jonathon W. Butler, of Nevada, and a pickup driven by Ryan S. Fry, of Sheldon. No injuries were reported. Feb. 15 An accident occurred at 5:43 a.m., at U.S. 71 Highway and Bridge A-1775, involving a pickup driven by Charles S. McCullough, of Kansas City, Kan., in which the driven apparently fell asleep resulting in a roll-over accident. McCoullough was listed with evident but not disabling injuries...

Feb. 18 There were reports of a burglary in the Deerfield area, a theft in the Nevada area, a stranded motorist in the El Dorado Springs area, trash dumping in the Sheldon area, and a careless and imprudent driver in the Nevavda area. Matthew J. Sandoval, 19, of Nevada, was arrested and processed by the Nevada Police Department on charges of possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $1,000 bond...

Hi neighbors. Have you seen any robins yet? I have seen several in my yard and around the town. Robins are the most beloved birds in this part of the world, I think.
