Among the pacesetters awards recently presented at the chamber of commerce banquet was the Agri-business Pacesetter awarded to Hardin Farms, they were recognized for providing classroom agriculture education. Michael Brown, representing Ag Provision, LLC, the 2007 Agri-business Pacesetter, presented the award. Nevada Police Department urges teens to buckle up

Nearly one in four Missourians still fail to regularly wear their safety belts when driving or riding in a motor vehicle. Teens are even less likely to wear their seat belt, with only 62 percent regularly buckling up. The Nevada Police Department announces today they are joining with law enforcement March 15-31 for an aggressive "Operation Safe Teen" safety belt mobilization to crack down on Missouri's safety belt violators and to reduce highway fatalities...
