Jack Charles Ives, 71, resident of Arcadia, Kan., died Thursday, March 10, 2011, at the Mercy Health Center Emergency Room. He was born Oct. 20, 1939, in Rochester, N.Y., the son of Charles Ives and Esther Alcock Ives. Jack was self employed in the recycling business. He previously had a trash business in Nevada, Mo., and had worked for Richardson Motors. He served in the U.S. Army with the Military Police Corps.
