Carol Harris Crawford Phillipson, of Jefferson City, Mo., and Sarasota, Fla., passed away Monday, March 28, 2011, at the Capital Region Medical Center. Mrs. Phillipson was born Dec. 9, 1934, in Deerfield, Mo., the daughter of Oran Wayne and Mona McLean Harris. On June 8, 1957, she was married to Robert W.
