Wanda Lee Toon, 47, Nevada, passed away at her home on Sunday, April 10, 2011, following a lengthy illness. Wanda was born in Kansas City, Mo., on June 30, 1963, and grew up in Kansas City and Macks Creek, Mo. She attended school in Macks Creek, where she met the love of her life, George Edward Selby.
