He was born Feb. 17, 1958, in Iola, Kan., to Clarence Lee Cole and LaVina Mae Quathamer Cole. Joseph was reared in the Iola and LaHarpe, Kan., area and attended school there. He lived in Nevada for the past four years and attended Life Church in Nevada...
