Highway patrol officers from Troop D will again team up with law enforcement agencies in other states in the "Get Your 'Clicks' On Route 66" seat belt crackdown Friday, announced Capt. Nevada fire, police and Vernon County Ambulance District personnel responded to an 11:30 a.m. fire alarm at Medicalodges of Nevada on Tuesday to find residents of the facility being evacuated to the parking lot on the east side of the building.
