Cattle seized in Butler animal neglect case

The Bates County Sheriff's Office has taken 22 cattle into custody and arrested a Butler man, on charges of animal neglect. Gary Anderson, 62, of Butler, was charged with six counts of animal neglect/abuse on Thursday.
