Marjorie Jane Ness, 75, of Sheldon, Mo., passed from this life Saturday, Oct. 18, 2014, at Freeman West Hospital, in Joplin. She was born Feb. 23, 1939, in Madison, S.D., the daughter of Thomas and Margaret (Meyer) Orton. On May 29, 1958, she was united in marriage to Dwight Wallace Ness and he preceded her in death on July 6, 2005. Their union was blessed with four children...
