William Alvin Schlup Sr., 75, of Schell City, Mo., passed from this life on Monday, Aug. 17, 2015, at his home. He was born July 17, 1940, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Jesse Alvin and Bessie Alice (Sims) Schlup. Bill attended school in Kansas City during his early life before the family moved to the Milo/Sheldon area. ...
