Nevada Daily Mail Sticker shock over bids for construction of the new bandstand dominated Sheldon's city meeting Tuesday evening. Alderman Robert Moran said both bids exceed available funding. The city only received two bids for the bandstand project, one from Buildet and the other from Mark Rives. Buildet's proposal totaled $117,160 and Rive's bid was $61, 395.
