Barbara J. Stepp, 71, of Nevada, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at Nevada Regional Medical Center, following a lengthy illness. She was born on Nov. 12, 1944, in Lexington, Neb., to Herbert T. Walters and Leora M. (Richards) Walters. She married Claude Neff Bishop and to this union her four children were born; he preceded her in death on Aug. 8, 1980.
