Bobbi was born May 23, 1960, at Elkhart, Kan., the fourth of the five children of Virgil and Genevieve (Davis) Williams. Dorothy Faye Tally, 104, of Nevada, passed away peacefully in her sleep and went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at the Nevada Nursing and Rehab. Dorothy was born Sept. 5, 1911, in Hill City, Kan., to Charles and Alta (Brooks) Reasoner. She was married to Ferman Kincade Tally on March 9, 1932, and he preceded her in death in 1990...

In a recent discussion with some friends, we covered the topic of how "smart phones," should be used in public schools. Our conversations covered issues, ranging from -- should they be allowed, to the many problems they pose. I will begin with the following declaimer.
