Nevada Daily Mail Fort Scott, Kan. -- The three things that most attract visitors to Fort Scott -- guns, horses, and guns -- will be featured on Labor Day Weekend this year at Fort Scott National Historic Site. The Nevada Tigers freshman football team was defeated 26-20 in overtime by the McDonald County Mustangs in its home-opener Monday evening at Logan Field.
