W. Darrell Meyer, 79, of Hot Springs, Ark., passed away Feb. 18. He was born Sept. 26, 1937, in Blackwater, Mo., to William L. and Lucille (Burlingame) Meyer. Darrell was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Rotary Club of Hot Springs.
