Bill Peak, 91, formerly of Nevada, passed away on Friday, Jan. 5, at Four Seasons Living Center in Sedalia, Mo., following a lengthy illness. He was born on May 25, 1926, in Winnsboro, S.C., to William and Sarah (Wilson) Peak. In 1943, Bill entered the United States Navy where he served until 1946. During his years in the service he earned many ribbons including the American Area Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Medal, Point System and Victory Medal...
