After 19 consecutive losses to open the season, the Sheldon Lady Panthers triumphed Tuesday night in Amoret, downing the Miami Eagles, 53-41. Wheeled in 10 cases at a time — 545 in total — Girl Scout cookies were delivered to Eagles Aerie, sorted, and picked up by individual troops on Thursday. At 12 boxes per cases, Thursday’s delivery accounted for some 6,540 boxes of cookies.
