Judge Neal Quitno was presented the Nevada Rotary Club’s Citizen of the Year Award on Sept. 20. “I am very honored,” he said. “Individuals are honored for their creativity, vision, leadership and citizenship by providing service to programs and activities that positively impact the community.  Today we are honoring someone that has impacted many lives locally and regionally,” Rotarian Carol Branham said.  “The impact made continues daily.  In a world today where civility seems to be lacking, the recipient stands strong with respecting others and by example is a model of civility and expects no less than that from individuals encountered in all walks of life.”. ...
