Patsy Davis Foley, 67, Nevada, Mo., died on Sunday, Dec. 2, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo. Patsy was born Sept. 23, 1951, in Hohenwald, Tenn., to Johnie Edward and Wilma Jean (Clayton) Davis. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 5, at the United Methodist Church in Nevada with the Rev. Sharon Freeman officiating.
