The sophomore pitcher continued her dominant start to the season with a pair of shutout victories over Culver-Stockton, first with a 6-0 win on Saturday, then an 8-0 W on Sunday...

As if winning its first district title in 23 years wasn't enough, the Nevada High School boys basketball team earned several All-District awards as voted on by the four head coaches in the Class 5 District 12 tournament. Shaun Gray took home Coach of the Year honors after leading the Tigers to a 21-5 record — including an active 14-game winning streak, the most recent of which was a 52-49 win over Webb City in the district championship Friday night inside the Cardinal Dome...
