Joe Darrell O’Connor was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all who were blessed to know him. He passed away quietly on Thursday, Dec. 15. Joe was 88 years old. One of 12 children, Joe was born to Lero Obert O’Conner and Itress Fern Cassell on June 12, 1934, in Cedar County, Mo. Michael Lynn Butler, 60, of Nevada, Mo., was born Sept. 25, 1962, in Independence, Mo., and passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, in Nevada. He married Patricia Ann Colvin Oct. 20, 1995, and she survives of the home. Mike moved to Bronaugh at an early age, then moved to Liberal where he attended High School.
