Kathryn Irene Phillips, 88, formerly of Walker, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, Fe. 7, 2023, at Moore-Few Care Center, in Nevada. Kathryn was born Feb. 7, 1935, in Fort Scott, Kan., to Curtley N. and Lelia B. (Webster) Dutton. She was united in marriage to Harold W.
